Location of the testicular pain can be in testis themselves, scrotum, epididymis, and  pain in lower abdomen and groins can also spread testis. There are many reasons of testicular pain like injury, inflammation of the testis, hernia, varicocele, testicular twist or torsion, blockage in blood supply to the testis, and hydrocele.
In my opinion, you should not take this pain easy and visit to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

When I get this left testicle pain,I don't have stomach discomfort. When I have stomach discomfort I don't have left testicle pain. Could this problem be related to the bowels? Would a colonoscopy be the thing to find out about this problem?
