I am a 47 year-old female healthy, but the only problem is I have to go to the bathroom often, If I drink any kind of liquid, I can't seem to hold it.

I agree with the previous poster and would like to add that it can also be caused by change in temperature or diet. Cold weather can cause more frequent urination and some foods have a diuretic effect. Frequent urination in itself isn't a bad thing - it's better than letting it stagnate in your body. But see a doctor if you're worried.

Frequent urination can be caused by pregnancy, stress, urinary tract infections, and more. If you are urinating a lot and aren't sure why, you might want to visit your doctor to make sure nothing is wrong.
