Liver spots usually come from lack of drinking water. You need to drink plenty of water. Bleaching cremes should work. I suggest you use the kind that is hydroquinone free because supposedly the hydroquinone solution contains some sort of carcinogen substance. If no improvement is seen after 3 months, then discontinue use and drink a sufficient amount of water. Try to drink 8 glasses a day. I know it's hard, but if you want to see some improvement, then this is your 1st option. If you choose to use a bleaching creme with 2% hydroquinone then use as directed. I don't know how true the story of hydrquinone is, but I know a lot of people use bleaching cremes with this ingredient in it and they haven't suffered. Ask a physician if it is okay, but I read on most bleaching creme labels that it also gets rid of liverspots. Make sure you use a sun screen with SPF 15 in it so you won't have uneven bleach spots on your skin. That's only if you're in the sun quite a bit.
