Since your colon looks like a big wad of spaghetti to begin with it will have lots of kinks as a matter of course. If you feel pain or pressure then it could be a perforation (small hole) or a polyp. Try an over the counter laxative and light meals (breakfast cereals, fruits, salads) for a couple of days. If you still have the discomfort then you need to talk to your doctor about a colonoscopy.
