Sounds like you have a bladder or urinary tract infection. My advice would be to get some antibiotics from your doctor, which should clear it up quite quickly.

Well that always happens to me no worries you wont die lol it happens when your feet gets cold but sometimes you don't notice that your feet is cold make sure you look after your self in cold weathers its important if you live in london their are russian shops and they sell teas for any infections you could ask them or just pay a visit to your doctors and they might give you some medicine to recover but I prefer tea more :) hope I helped
