I would mix Epsom salt in hot water and apply it to the boil to open up the pores and draw out any poisons. Do it for as long as you can stand or at least 15 minutes and then towel dry and apply tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is a natural antimicrobial. www.teatreeoiluses.com
Do you have them anywhere else? Ever had them before? Work in a hospital or nursing home? May be Mrsa, too!!! I would contact MD if fever in the area or if you have fever. If it seems bigger under the skin, then on the surface,etc...
It is most likely from an ingrown hair. If you can shave your underarm and then find the culprit this will help.
Very well could be mrsa. Go to the doctor and have them look and drain for you first. Then they will test you for this disease which does not currently have a cure. However, it could just be an ingrown hair. DO NOT use the same razor you last used when you had this boil and do not shave again until treated.
Put a warm compress on it until it comes to a head
