You did not just get cylindrical eye sight (astigmatism) by turning 22. Astigmatism comes from the size and shape of your eyes. As you age and use your eyes, they can change slightly. The astigmatism may get better or worse over time but should stay relatively stable.
Yes it can increase . Most probably, Increase in the number of glasses stops after the age of 20-22. But if you are a regular on-screen user , there is a high possibility of deteriorating further. That doesn't mean you can't stop it. There are many ways to improve your eyesight. Take vitamin A as much as possible. Querceting , bilberry, rutin, are also very good for improving eyesight.
