Most likely you are suffering from stress. Here's a few ways to remedy it:

1) Stretching. Start with standing stretches and make sure you stretch all the way down to your toes and fingers. Bend and try to touch your toes. Then do sitting stretches, touch your toes, and stretch your neck muscles. Then lay down on the ground and stretch your limbs wide. Really, really get it out, tense, relax, tense, relax. Then drink a ton of water. You should feel a little better in a couple of hours.

2) Take a bath. Run it hot with the bathroom door closed so that you can build up steam. Try to use Eucalyptus in the bath, but bath salt will work also. Aroma therapy goes a long way. While you sit in the hot water think about things that make you stressed and then imaging them deposited into the water. One after another. Most of all relax and breath in the steam. When you get out watch the water drain and imagine your stress going with it.

3) Meditate. Sit or lay down in a dark quiet room. Imagine yourself somewhere else tranquil and away from all of your worries. Breath in through your nose and out of your mouth. Clear your mind. If you fall asleep, that's fine. Tranquility is the key.

Regardless, drink lots and lots of water. You probably have toxins that are contributing to your tension. Good Luck!
