Is There Life After A Hysterectomy? I Suffer Badly. Can't Sleep, Craving Sweets, Weight Gain, Depression, Forgetfulness. Any Suggestions?

I had  what I call my for better or worse 3 years ago and am so glad I did.  It took 6 years to long but now it the best thing I did.  I still have some days that are not good crying and wanting to hurt someone but that goes by fast.  I had no sleep for about 1 year, 45 lb weight gain that I can't get off.  I am learning to fix those.  A couple of things that really help me out is, I bought a book called "Prescription for Nutritional Healing"  great book for a lot of stuff.  And I went out and bought some difussers, you can buy them at Michaels for a couple of bucks and a bag of tea lights at Wal Mart for a couple of bucks  and I go to a health food store like Henrys or Sprouts and by Essential Oils,  Peppermint, Rosemary and Eucalyptus oil all 100% and burn them all over my house and I use a lot of candles and my husband of 10 years says that what I do saved our marriage.  Hope this helps it does get better.

You've been thrown into menopause early because your body can no longer provide the hormones necessary. The 'hormones' the regular doc's give you are synthetic and do more harm than good.
