Why Is There A Tint Of Blood When I Wipe After I Pee?

This is normal, may just be that you are ovulating. Don't worry if it had a bad odour then I would be concerned

You have probably caught some kind of an infection. Burning sensation during urination and bleeding could be a sign of both intestinal and sexually transmitted bacteria. From STD’s it is usually Chlamydia  that causes bleeding and burning, Chlamydia also causes bleeding after sex. Yeast infection, which is not believed to be an STD can also cause bleeding (although not that often) but would often cause itching and burning, redness, swelling, flaking, etc
Intestinal bacteria can easily end up in the urinary. This is because urethra in females is very short and bacteria can easily reach the bladder. The bacteria comes to the bladder from the anal area when wiping the wrong way, or if not washing after sexual intercourse or after having vaginal sex after anal, etc
All bacterial infections are easily treated with antibiotics, you just need a doc to prescribe you the right antibiotic by recognizing the bacteria. Yeast infection is treated with anti-fungal medications.

That can be a sign of an STD or a serious problem.

Are you sure it's from the pee and not the vagina. Dark blood indicates old blood. Maybe you had a 'glitch' in your period and more is just coming out later on. Or if it was sometime after sex, maybe you got a scratch or something that was bleeding and is just now making its way out or you're spotting from ovulation which can happen, especially if sex was involved around that time. If you're sure it's in urine, and you say its more brown, then maybe you have a problem with fluid intake or the liver. I'm assuming its more from the vagina though, but if you think it's from urethra, you need to see a doc for a pee test and possible CBC

I'm some what bleeding this problem only I don't think I'm pregnant my bf may have precummed in side of me but not sure and it's like 9 days before my period is plannned and I'm bleeding dark brown bleeding not much is coming out just like a Tint of dark brown when I wipe what could this mean? I look every where for answers none anywhere some help would be thanked ;)

You could have an open wound of some sort.
