I think that chemotherapy is a dangerous treatment for any disease. It is ,at the end of the day using dangerous chemicals fas therapy.  I believe that most modern diseases are as a result of all the man made chemicals that we take in anyway .But it is not only ,say, cancer cells that are killed off but other life important cells as well.  We see this with hair loss. Okay it is distressing but not life threatening BUT what about ALL the other different cells inside of us that we cannot see and know about.  With respect it always amazes me that more people do not logically think out this conservative "chemo" and analyse if it is doing more harm than possible good.     There are many medics now who speak out against "chemo" and it is said that patients live longer without chemo.  Anyhow you must do your own research in such an important topic and make up your own mind. Cheers.   I know this ,I personally would NOT have chemo.

The Lymphadenopathy means swollen lymph nodes. The para-aortic is related with group of lymph nodes in lumbar vertebrae near aorta. So the cancer of Para Aortic Lymphadenopathy means the lymphoma or cancer of lymph nodes of lumbar vertebral area near aorta.
