Have you had your big toe X-rayed to see if your tendon is damaged? It appears there is some circulatory problem querry cause which results in the way you're feeling.

This is gout-very painful, usually treated by a medicine called colchicine. Causes include a build up of uric acid in the bloodstream, due to diet and alcohol consumption. See your health care provider for treatment. I am a registered nurse with over 25 years in health care. Feel better soon

Gout. Very painful. Avoid shellfish, alcohol, nuts and increase water consumption to flush out as much urea as possible. Try supplementing with sour cherries and may need Allopurinol prescription from doctor.

I have to agree with the last two answers.  You've listed 2 of the symptoms of gout.  See a doctor, they have meds to help with gout.
