Could be...I say that because many people have heart attacks that have never experienced any signs of such.
People can drop dead from a blood clot.  If someone is under medical care for heart problems....the Doctor should have what he would call a normal blood pressure for the individual.
In itself....the symptoms you described does not appear too life threatening....but again that would depend on the medical history.
Cold Sweats can be caused by nerves.....nausea.....stress.....bad news...foods the stomach would like to reject  and so many other reasons. The cold sweats could cause the bloodpressure to elevate or decrease.
With so many possibilities...It is best to consult  her Doctor who would know  if this  problem is indeed one she should have checked.
Best wishes
