Shivering is not sign of heart attack. Most common symptoms of heart attack are
  1. Chest pain or pressure which radiate towards left arm, jaw and shoulders. This pain is not relived by medicine under tongue and last for 20-30 minuted.
  2. Dizziness
  3. Fainting
  4. Sweating
  5. Nausea and vomiting
  6. Shortness of breath
  7. Palpitation
