I Am Having A Pain Like My Belly Button Is Pulled From Inside. Is That A Sign That I May Be Pregnant? Or What Could This Be?

I am having the same feeling a pain like my belly button is pulled from inside... I do not if it is because I am pregnant (10 weeks) or because I have intestines problems again. I had this pain before when I wasn't pregnant and the doctor told me that my intestines were inflamed. Now, I am very worried.

It could be.  I have felt this in early pregnancy, but not that early.  No one can actually tell you only a doctor, but there is a maybe here from me.  Good luck.
