I had a lot of pain in my lower back around to the front of my hip for years and after all the doctors visits and shots in my back I went to a doctor that said it was my sacroiliac and he sent me for therapy for stretching exercises. It helped me. Lay on the floor on your back with keens bent and cross one leg over the other than pull that leg you will feel the stretch in your back. Or lay on the floor extending leg up in the air and hold. You will feel the stretch in your back and maybe the pain will go away in your stomach.It worked for me when notthing else would. Good luck!
