There are many conditions which can change eyesight. It can be due to aging, Presbyopia, Diabetic retinopathy, Macular degeneration, Cataracts, Floaters, Presbyopia, eye infection, retinal detachment, migraine headaches, optic neuritis, brain tumors, stroke and bleeding in eyes.
Regular examination of eyes is necessary whether an eye problem exist or not. Low red blood cell count can cause anemia and is not directly related with eyesight changes.
I will advise you to visit an eye specialist for the proper diagnosis of your problem and its treatment.

I have recently changed my glasses, and when wearing my contact lenses my vision starts the flicker and loose focus in both eyes. Sometimes if I focus to much, I feel that my vision is infact through one eye,
