Could be a spider bite, or a mosquito bite, or a bed bug bite. Little buggers get in and bite you, a lot of them leave little blister like bites and you've probably scratched the top off.
I'd only worry if the wound started growing in size or changes in colour or shape. Those are the signs that you're being poisoned. If it stays the same or carries on healing then you should be fine!
