What's The Difference Between Bipolar And Schizophrenia?

Sometimes even the professionals cannot tell them apart.  
Bipolar disorder can include delusions and hallucinations in severe cases.  They are debated whether or not they are separate illnesses since bipolar people tend to also have schizophrenic family members and a lot of the symptoms overlap.
