I have a friend that was having the same problems, everyone told her to drink or take laxitives. But to come find out, she had scar tissues wrapped around her colon and ended up on having emergency surgery. So be really careful and for heaven sakes go to a doctor asap

I really doubt that having anal sex had to do something with this problem. Make sure that he does eat healthy food, never eat fast food. Change his diet, and you will get major results. Have eat a lot of watermelon, or camberry juice. Give him anything that will give him that immediate urge to take a dump. It's probably something that he ate that caused this. Have him lots of fruits.

One of two things...could be just basic constipation, or a fecal impaction. This is how you can check for signs of constipation, ex. Coated tongue, pain and discomfort in the upper abdomen, headaches, and sometimes nausea. And if you are doing anal and he was already constipated, there's a possibility that you may have created an impaction by pushing it further into his bowel. Things to help him induce a bowel movement would be to drink 100% grape juice, eat oranges, leafy vegetables, pears, drink apple juice, and in the morning eat Raisin Bran, or any other fiber fortified cereal. Keep that up for a couple of days, he should see some results. If not, he may have to see a proctologist. These doctors specialize in disorders of the rectum and bowel. They can check for any kind of blockages in that area. Wish you all the best...

You know how your tongue looks when you first wake up in the morning? That kind of white film that you have to brush off? It resembles that.

Drink a lot of fluids(excluding carbonated drinks), raw fruits and vegetables, shun junk food, one can try some laxatives if still things remain out of control after consulting a doctor. Take 8 hours of sleep regularly...
