Can you use triamcinolone cream on a boil?

Your   boil  if  inflammed  might  need  a  antibiotic  to  take  by  mouth  or  just  use  a  antibiotic  ointment  on  it  ,   see  how  bad  it  looks ,  but   this  cream  I doubt  it  will help
