In terms of the pigmentation, there are make-ups (foundations) available to help even out your pigmentation. There are also some bleaching cremes available on the market to help even out your pigmentation. For your oily face, I would recommend using Witch Hazel as an astringent, after washing your face. You can also try over-the-counter acne washes or creams/gels to put on the acne. For sunburn, I recommend aloe vera; either the liquid from the plant or the gel you buy in the store. You can also use vinegar on a sunburn.
