Dosage isn't by the type of parasite and usually best to direct dosage questions to your veterinarian after reading the label so there is less of a chance of a mistake leading to something like an overdose.
Pyran isn't really effective on tapeworms, different parasites need different de-wormer's. You might give your vet a call and ask to pick up some Drontal or Panacur or whatever they use in the dosage needed for your dog(s) and the instructions and they can tell you when you should pick up the next one. As long as they have recent and accurate information you can probably just pick it up.
