The heart beats faster when that person needs oxygen at a quicker rate. So, obese peoples' hearts pump faster, because they are not healthy, in order to distribute oxygen to body parts.
For healthier people, the heart beat slower, because they don't have to use as much energy as obese people have to, because they are not unhealthy, for example, a healthy man jogs for five minutes, and an obese man jogs for five minutes too, same distance. Definitely the obese man's heart rate will be faster, with all that weight in his body, he needs more energy to move.
So maybe, MAYBE, you need to strengthen your muscles. It could be possible that you don't have enough chemical potential energy to be converted to kinetic energy to move - which means that you aren't eating enough, making your heart pump oxygen faster to body parts, in order to make gestures. Or maybe you have too much fat in your body (sorry if this offended you, just stating possible facts).
I apologise if I got the facts wrong, I'm no scientist, just 12 turning 13. If you are worried, have an apointment with a doctor, or ask someone you trust.
