A safe and healthy blood pressure range would be higher than 100/60 and lower than 130/90. There are a lot of factors that affect blood pressure. Some of them are diet, activity level, tobacco use, caffeine use, salt intake, sleep and stress. Only your doctor can really tell you what is healthy, but anything between 120/80 and 130/90 is considered pre-hypertension, and should be monitored by a physician. Anything lower than 90/60 is considered hypotensive and should be seen by a doctor as well. I hope that helps!
