Interesting turn of a phrase. If you feel as if you have to go to the bathroom all the time, that's an indication of a probable bladder infection. I'm guessing that's what you mean because I can't imagine how else one would "feel as though" their bladder was swollen. It's just not a sensation that one experiences. Anyhow, if that's the case -- you feel like you have to urinate all the time -- a trip to the doc for a urinalysis to confirm infection and treat it is definitely in order. In the meantime, drink lots and lots of water -- like 8 glasses a day.
