Um I don't suggest it cause you need your breath and stamina when swimming. If you want a smaller 'belly bulge' i suggest stomach exercises.

K but wat kind ov exercises?? Sit-ups r quite hard but ive been trying them 4 a while now!

Um try stomach stretches and twists. I suggest u google it for ideas of stomach exercises ..good luck 2 ya!

Go swimming, but don't suck in your stomach. Swimming is good for even getting your whole body toned, and not just your stomach. And it's a lot more fun than doing sit ups!
