There must be ,I had problems with my ankle joints( very sore ) and my feet swelled up after a couple of days my knees began hurting and then my wrists hurt and my hands swelled up so much I could not see my knuckles, after going over my diet (no change)the only thing that had changed was the wearing of new socks I had purchased containing Lycra after not wearing these socks for a couple of days the symptoms went away (along with socks) have had no problems since .
