There isn't necessarily an immediate cure - it's something that will likely disappear over time.
Mine was on my upper arms. I took care of it by washing with Dove soap once or twice a day using a warm face cloth. The face cloth is great exfoliation - scrub gentle enough that you don't get red, but enough to loosen the dead skin. After, I moisturize with lotion. My favorites are Palmers cocoa butter or St. Ives lotions - but anything's good as long as its not too heavy & perfumey, because that'll just clog your pores right back up. Try to always keep that perfect balance of moisture & exfoliation.
