I hurt at the top of my shoulder like a red ball you can feel heat coming from it an my ribs hurt on the left side to when I breath or not

The best way to get rid of it is to rub it with alcohol and wrap yourself in something warm and sweat it out.
Were you exercising or doing something strenuous?..if so it could be a strained rib cage muscle.
