There are many causes of a low lymphocyte count. A viral infection will cause this as more lymphocytes are fighting off the virus. Other causes: Aplastic anemia (bone marrow isn't making enough), certain medications, autoimmune disorders, multiple sclerosis, guillaine-barre syndrome. It could be something simple like a cold, or it may be a symptom of something more serious.

I had finished 6 weeks of radiation therapy last December.  I still feel tired if I do much.  My lymphocytes are low .. 652..  Is fatigue the part?
