There is such a thing as migraine headaches that cause strokes. You have obviously been to a doctor as you have an MRI. My question to you would be have you seen a Neurologist? According to your MRI, you have a mass in the frontal lobe of your brain, this is probably causing all of your issues. If you have not seen a Neurologist, you need to.. And if your family doctor hasn't referred you to one, I'd be finding a new family doctor also.
