These could be symptoms of a heart problem, but they could be symptoms of other things too. Like stress, or an dietary problem. Or stomach problems. Only a doctor can tell you after an examination!!
If you have a squeezing in your chest to neck, arm numbness, left tooth ache, and sudden fatigue...??? Can these symptoms above refer to nothing else but heart attack or heart diseases...???

But I would think the priority would be to rule out being in the process of having a heart attack.
