Writing a sentence and putting a question mark at the end is not a question.  Some examples of questions might be:

I think my mother has a thyroid problem. What would be her next steps to find out?

My mother has a thyroid problem and her medication is not working. What next?

Who can help me? I believe my mother has a thyroid problem but is refusing to get it checked out.

Please resubmit an actual question and we will try and help you.

99% of your questions are circuitous, baffling and frustrating trying to figure out what the heck you are trying to ask. Instead of getting down to the nitty-gritty of the situation, most of your questions seem to try and inflame a situation while trying to prove you are "right".
