My right knee knee pops every time I bend down.. It doesnt hurt, its just a loud pop
Is It Good If My Knee Pops Every Time I Bend It?
My left knee does the same thing. It pops everytime I bend down but it doesnt really hurt.
It could either be just some minor inflammation from irritation, or could be the start of chondro malacia patella.
