What Causes Sores On Buttocks?

I also have sores on my buttocks above the anus a few inches. They started out as pimple looking things then went to scabs about the size of a dollar coin. Now I have 3 of them that have grown in size. They are only scabed on the edges of the sores now but are painfull to sit on. PLEASE HELP.

I would need a bit more info for a better answer, but some reasons could be, a bed sore, from laundry detergent, a boil, dermatitis, a bug bite, a number of things. Is it more than one? Is it sore or itchy? Does it burn? Have you changed soaps or laundry detergent lately? Sorry I can't be more specific, but that is really a generalized question sweetheart. I'll say a prayer for you that they go away.
