What Is Leg Pain After A Stroke?

I had a stroke 6 years ago it affected my left side. The pain in my left leg gets worse each year.  The pain is in the muscle, feeling like a severe muscle camp constantly. I am taking pain medication but it doesnt help. What is this pain? And what can I do about it?

I had a stroke over 9 years ago and after I developed pain in right leg. Muscle tightness goes higher and higher up the leg. Severe pain at times . What can I do?

I have exactly the same thing - advice would be good. Mine was only a year ago - so don't want it to get any worse!
