Normal blood pressure is 140/90 so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I am 64 (65 next month); my blood pressure (7:30 p.m.)  is 142/81.  I recently had a broken blood vessel in my left eye (I read this can be a sign of high blood pressure). I am 5' 11" tall; weight 175 lbs., walk 3 miles per day; avoid salt.   Is this a cause for concern?
