Yes it can I was recently told by a DR. From a blood test that I have liver damage I am a fairly small person but my stomach has gotten big I look pregnant but it isn't fat its very hard I went to the ER cause I was unusually tired sleeping more then usual taking a nap during the day that lasted 7 hours after sleeping all night
