A haemorrhoid is a vein in your rectum that has become varicose. The symptoms would be bleeding and soreness, or itching. You have had an abscess (big boil). An infection caused an accumulation of pus, which then burst. It sounds like it did not drain completely. You should see your doctor for antibiotics, or possibly it needs lancing. Poor you.
