My husband was an infantryman in Vietnam during 1969-70 and was exposed to Agent Orange, as well as other "colors" of the herbicides used there. He was diagnosed with vascular dementia at age 57 and is rated by the VA as 100% disabled and mentally incompetent. He also suffers from diabetes and neuropathy. The VA describes his disability as service-related. The VA accepts a "presumptive link" between Agent Orange and diabetes. Good luck to you.
