If You Get Regular Blood Work Done Every Year, Even If You Don't Ask For HIV Test Wouldn't They Still Be Able To Tell If You Have It, Without Telling Them To Test For HIV?

Your question is a little confusing. Do you want to know if your blood is tested for HIV even if the test hasn't been requested? As zuhail said, blood is tested hor HIV when you donate it. Otherwise, the test has to be ordered during a routine blood test. It's not done automatically without your knowledge.

No one can tell you about positive HIV until your blood is checked for HIV. If you are giving blood on regular basis then I must say that hospitals only accept the blood which has no disease. They make all the tests and then take the blood.

Doesn't your blood work throw up a red flag if things are wrong with the blood count from HIV
