This could be a number of things. It could be your liver, your stomach, or your gall bladder bothering you. It could also be indigestion and it could be stress related. You do not give too many symptoms or enough of a description, but I would suggest taking some Imodium. If the pain gets worse or does not go away in a day or two, you should go see your doctor.

Yes pain in the left side of the pelvic area and brown discharge can be signs of Endometrical Cancer. But it can also be symptoms of a cyst in the ovary, large fibroids or interstitial cystitis. The best would be to take some time out and get a complete checkup before coming to any conclusions.

This pain could be one of a thousand things from very minor to very serious. Go to a doctor and get checked out!

I have to agree with the others and say that you should get it checked out.  My mom recently passed away from pancreatic cancer.  She was diagnosed on 2/29/08 and passed away on 3/21/08.

I had that before, to the right and slightly below my belly button. It was exploding cysts in my uterus, I had to take precautionary antibiotics, but overall everything was ok.

Yes. You are not alone. I've been dealing with the pain for about a month now. I wake in the night CRYING to my boyfriend but all he can do is feel bad. I thought stress also but I'm no doc so I wasnt quite sure.
