I have to agree with the others and say that you should get it checked out.  My mom recently passed away from pancreatic cancer.  She was diagnosed on 2/29/08 and passed away on 3/21/08.

I had that before, to the right and slightly below my belly button. It was exploding cysts in my uterus, I had to take precautionary antibiotics, but overall everything was ok.
