Expired medicines should not be used in all animals including dogs and humans. Eyes are very sensitive and proper care of these organs is necessary. Pink eyes in dog can be due to bacteria or virus, allergies, injuries and foreign material in the eye. Treatment depends upon underlying cause. So, don't use expired eye drop or any other medicine with valid date in your dog without consulting vet.
