You will eventually get sores that are difficult to heal. AIDS is an auto immune deficiency disease, which will affect your immune system and the ability for lesions and sores to heal. While there is a possibility to heal, in the end stages, it becomes more and more difficult.

Yes, unfortunately HIV/AIDS is a disease that directly attacks your immune system. By doing this it also affects your white blood cell count which affects how well you heal. It isn't necessarily that you won't heal, but it will take a lot longer for your wounds to heal which is why you need to take extra care of yourself.

It could be but before you jump to conclusions it can be many other things. It could be MRSA or VRE which is a resistant organism that is hard to treat with the common antibiotic. You need to get the high power antibiotics to treat it. There are other problems to so don't panic. See your doctor and see what he has to say.

Yes you do and if its a open sore and you come in contacated with a nether person that has a open sore then and you have hiv aids then you have gave them human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and AIDS..
