Eat nothing that is spicy or fried.  It is best to keep to a very bland diet for the next couple of days.  Chicken broth, banana, Jello,  etc.  Avoid green vegetables.  Some people have problems with dairy products after the stomach flu.  When you feel you are ready, move on to toast,  and if it sounds good to you, add peanut butter.  If you think of something and say, "Oh no, that sounds terrible", skip it for the time being.  Sometimes that voice in your head can tell you more than anyone else can.  As time goes on,  you may want to add a poached egg or cream of wheat or cream of rice cereal.  Just take it nice and easy and add things back into your diet slowly.
