What Do I Take To Relax My Stomach?

That sounds like you had a case of food poisoning -- was your stomach very bloated when you were sick, or just before?  Usually after your body gets rid of everything that was wasn't right, it will calm down gradually, although sometimes it takes a day or two.  However, if you continue to be sick to your stomach, and still experience diarrhea, you need to see a doctor, or visit the ER.  If  not, just eat very lightly and drink a lot of water -- steer clear of dairy and heavy (fatty) foods, as they might upset your stomach and intestines as they're recuperating.  A bit of clear chicken broth, some saltine crackers, dry toast (or a smear of grape jelly on it), jello -- they should all be easy on your stomach for now.
You may want to think back on the last meal you had before you went to bed -- did you eat anything that may have tasted odd, or not right?  Also, sometimes restaurant food, or fast food may be responsible.  I've had this before, so I can sympathize with you 100%.
I hope by now you're feeling a whole lot better, and by the morning, you're feeling back to normal.
Hope that helped you out a bit!

It absolutely does sound like a virus of some sort, but I am a diabetic and I sometimes get this way when my sugar drops. Have your Doctor check you for sugar problems. If for nothing else then to rule it out. You get shaky and quivery and nauseated, then start to sweat heavy., then you get lite headed, if it drops, and sometimes you do vomit. good luck and take care of yourself. Bless you.

First of all have light diet like boiled rice or egg. As you are suffering from diarrhea you should have water along with lemon, sugar and salt. Drink this mixture as such as you can. I can suggest you medicine but as I don't know your medical history so I can't do it. It is better you consult your doctor.

Pepto Bosom might help, it sounds like you have the stomach flu. If it continues, go to the hospital. Hope this helps, good luck.

Hello...my Mom told me about you. "Pepto Bismol" is what you meant; right? :)

Yes that is what I meant, I didn't see the typo, sorry about that, I am correcting it. Hoping you are better, who is your mother, I see a NUT name in there.

Everything Moe said sounds right. You can try Pep to but probably too late for it. It really does sound like food poisoning.

Peppermint is a good thing to help with stomach issues, it also sounds like you have a case of the stomach flu.
