I Am Still Having Knee Pain After A Broken Femur 3 Years Ago. It Gets Painful And Stiff And I Use A Cane To Get Around Most Of The Time. What Can I Do?

That happened to me too I saw a doctor and it turned out to be Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome which translated in normal people language id knee pain syndrome this happens when you don’t use your knee enough or something like that there are stretches you do in the morning and night that helped me here is the web site for it http://familydoctor.org/online/famdocen/home/healthy/physical/injuries/479.html
The stretches worked for me. This might not be what’s happening to you but if its really bad I think you should see your doctor and then they can tell you how to treat it.

Thank you! I will check out that website. Makes sense as I wasn't
able to use that knee much after breaking the other leg a year
later. Am trying some new core exercises with a Pilates/
sports medicine trainer. Just started 2 weeks ago. Perhaps yours

Am also facing the same problem after I broke my left femur  6 months now I can walk but am having more pains in my knee
