Chronic gall bladder disease can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. As it becomes more acute, you will have pain in you abdomen and the vomitng etc will get worse.  And eating fried or fatty food will cause the pain etc to increase.  An elevated white count can mean and infection/inflammation in the body including the gall bladder.  See your doctor, ok?

Also could be an ulcer. There are specialists, called gastroenterologists that would be more knowledgeable on this than a general pract. I know you must be miserable. God bless.
