A low white cell blood count is typically seen in hyperthyroidism but when you are taking medication for hypo and medication is not consistent from month to month you could be getting too little dosage returning to symptoms of hypo or you could be getting too much therefore presenting with symptoms of hyper.  Make sure your meds are the same before leaving pharmacy, every single month.  I have been switched to Synthroid by an Endocrinologists b/c the generics are not the same and vary between generic to generic.
